Refund policy

Timeframe for Returns: 

You are granted a period of 3 days to initiate a return for your hair products. Please ensure that the item(s) are shipped back to us within this timeframe.

Refund Processing Time: 

Once the returned item(s) have been received, we will process your refund. You can expect the refund to be issued within 3 business days. 

Condition of Items for Refunds or Exchanges: 

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that bundles are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We kindly ask that you refrain from using, playing with, installing, cutting, dyeing, bleaching, or damaging the hair in any way, as these actions will render the item(s) ineligible for a refund or exchange.
